As a registered user of a Catalyst product, you are entitled to unlimited technical support by e-mail or fax for thirty days from the date of purchase for any installation, development, debugging and redistribution issues related to the purchased product. After thirty days, you may continue to use the free technical support options that are available or purchase a support contract. For technical support questions or problems, the best way to contact us is through the technical support form on this website. It includes all of the information that is needed to make sure that your problem is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will automatically receive a support incident tracking number which confirms our receipt of the support request and allows you to easily follow-up on an existing incident.
When you submit or fax your technical support question, please make sure that you include your product serial number in your message. If you have misplaced your serial number, send e-mail to sales@catalyst.com and provide them with your name, company name, address, telephone number and original invoice number (or the name of the purchasing agent or company if other than yourself).
