You can upgrade a previous version of the product using our Upgrade Order Form.
If you currently have the Standard Edition of a product, it is possible to purchase a sidegrade to the Secure Edition of that product. Pricing discounts are available for development teams purchasing multiple licenses. For additional information, please contact the business office.
All of our software is licensed royalty free, without any additional licensing or runtime fees. Our libraries and components can be used in as many different applications as you wish, and redistributed to any number of end users. All of our products include a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee and include thirty days of free technical support. Additional support options, such as priority support, are available for purchase at a discount when ordering the product.
If you are placing an order during normal business hours on a weekday, it will be processed that day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. If you order the software to be delivered on CD-ROM, please note that you can also download the product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a serial number that you can use to license your copy of the software.
If you have previously downloaded the product, you can enter the serial number using the License Manager utility that is included with the software. It is not necessary for you to download the product again, unless you wish to update your software to the current version.
