Ordering Upgrades
Thank you for your interest in upgrading your software, which will ensure that you have the latest features, product updates and technical support. To upgrade your product, you will need to know what version of the software you're currently using and the original serial number that was provided to you. Once your upgrade order has been processed, you will receive a new serial number along with a download link to the current version of the product.
All of our software is licensed royalty free, without any additional licensing or runtime fees. Our libraries and components can be used in as many different applications as you wish, and redistributed to any number of end users. All of our products include a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee and include thirty days of free technical support. Additional support options, such as priority support, are available for purchase at a discount when upgrading your product.
If you are placing an order during normal business hours on a weekday, it will be processed that day. Upgrade orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. If you order the upgrade to be delivered on CD-ROM, please note that you can also download the product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a serial number that you can use to upgrade your copy of the software.
If you have previously downloaded the new version, you can enter the serial number using the License Manager utility that is included with the software. It is not necessary for you to download the product again.
